Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager has primary responsibility to manage business with major retail grocery market chains.

Position Responsibilities: Apply extensive product and market knowledge to sell Martinelli’s apple juice products to national retail grocery market chains and other trade classes as assigned. Primary responsibility will be for SuperValu Enterprises. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to maximize sales by implementing advanced business planning, forecasting, analytical analysis and category management expertise. Experience in building relationships with customer account personnel including top management, merchandising, accounting, advertising, operations, logistics and finance is required.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
• 8-10 years retail grocery sales experience
• BS/BA in business or related discipline
• Demonstrated sales management experience managing multiple product categories, customers, and trade classes
• Extensive knowledge of sales, trade, and category management as well as marketing concepts and methods, and proven ability in planning and execution of complex sales plans
• Proven ability in effectively managing promotional activity and trade spending.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile communication devices and software
• Ability to function in a team environment and to work independently
